I almost filed for bankruptcy before I scaled a media empire into the multi-millions, bootstrapped from the ground up, and I did it by betting on women when the rest of the world was still asking whether we belonged in the room. The work began in 2009, when I took on the foundational branding and brand architecture behind Beach Body, learning at the ground level what actually moves a culture-shifting brand and what never does. From that foundation I built Auralis Magazine into a multi-best-selling, award-winning publication and a global collaboration recognized by the Stevie Awards, a company that climbed to #381 on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list and #1 in the Madison metro area by Inc. Magazine.
Somewhere in the climb I became a best-selling children's book author with Grumpy Rumpy, an award-winning coach honored with the Brainz Global 500 award, a breathwork facilitator guiding people back into their bodies through Hydrasoul and live facilitations, and an interior designer shaping spaces with Flip48. I am a mom of four, a recovering alcoholic who turned her own unraveling into the soil for everything she builds now, and a woman who has been featured in Brainz, Entrepreneur, Forbes, Goss, Brava, Inc, Galore, and BLUR.
Every single piece of that story informs how I coach today, because nothing about your business exists in a vacuum from the woman building it.
Reconnecting with myself is how I was able to hold it all, which is why somatics, breathwork, and deep self-connection are included in all of my consulting work.

Since 2009 I have worked with over ten thousand brands and individuals, and along the way I have partnered with women like Codie Sanchez, Leila Hormozi, Regan Hillyer, Kim Perell, and Brianna Wiest through Auralis Media, women who understand that modern wealth is built by modern women who refuse to shrink. I now own Slice Social Club in Sun Prairie, a living room for this very mission, where I work with local women to grow exceptional businesses through modern marketplace thinking, consumer-driven experience design, and coaching that treats the whole woman and not just the spreadsheet.
After spending 17 years working with over 10k clients, there are now women who fly across the world to work in person with me.

My number one rule is learning everything about the business before outsourcing to employees.
Where most women go wrong? They open the business, hire the employees, and hope it goes to plan.
Where do successful women get it right? They LEARN about WHY their business should be the only option for the consumer, how to excel at the things that drive client experience, and THEN outsource and hire the employees.
